Anything is Possible.

94% of Littles report improved self-confidence after being matched with their Big for one year.

Make a Big Impact. Volunteer Today.

Being a Big is one of the most fulfilling ways you can give back to your community. You can help shape a child’s future by empowering their potential.

Our Bigs are everyday people just like you. You and your Little can share the kinds of activities you already like to do.

Play sports together. Go on a hike. Read books. Draw pictures. Visit a park or museum. Eat a pizza with extra anchovies. Or just listen and provide inspiration as they discover who they are meant to be. Whatever it is you enjoy, odds are you’ll enjoy them even more with your Little—and you’ll make a life-changing impact. Our professional staff is there with you every step of the way and provides socially-distant, outdoor, and virtual activity ideas to meet the needs of each Big and Little match.

Bigs and Littles can meet virtually or in person depending on local/state COVID-19 guidelines and the individual comfort level of the Big, the Little, and the Little's family. Either way you decide to connect with your Little, it only takes a few hours each month to make a BIG impact!

Virtual or in person meetings take place twice each month. When meeting virtually, you will meet with your Little for 30-45 minutes every other week with a check-in (text, email, phone) on alternate weeks. When meeting in person, you will meet with your Little for 1-2 hours twice a month.

Each Big and Little match is assigned a Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentoring Relationship Specialist that will check in with each party regularly, provide coaching and support as needed, and ensure the match is successful for everyone.
